I have a Husky as well and IMO it's a good enough compromise that I don't see how owning a hybrid is attractive. Most that I have met are very aloof and cautious around people (cautious as in growling or barking when approached by a stranger), they generally don't like to sit around and be pet at all, and on top of that they don't really get along with other animals unless they're raised with a "pack". On the other hand my husky looks very wild and gets tons of compliments when I walk her, she's very sweet natured and loves people (including kids/babies), is very intelligent and independent-thinking (aka pain in the ass to train), does well with cats and small dogs, and my favorite part is that she's pretty much a lap dog and enjoys being around people and will do anything for attention.I <3 huskies

The Republican party is on the verge of a big split. I wish the dems would do the same. A 4 party system would be a lot better. I'm a registered Dem, but I disagree with the party line on a lot of stuff, as I"m sure a lot of republicans disagree with their party too.. A split from both parties would be a big benefit for the country.!
